Very pleasant helpful staff. Excellent quiet location. Good food.

The hotel was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. The drinks weren't over expensive. Staff were amazing. We attended a wedding and the facilities for that were excellent.

Commented already on previous visits ... just the same now!

Wide choice available in the buffet section.Other options like eggs Benedict available besides the full English breakfast .Tea,coffee hot chocolate available in our room ,along with biscuits.All nicely presented as we're the towels and toiletries in the bathroom which was very clean.

Nothing to dislike.Our 4th stay at this hotel and we will keep returning as it is very convenient for Lytham and the surrounding areas including Blackpool.

Very disappointed in the cleanliness and attention to detail dusty bathroom dirty floors and woodwork uncleaned hospitality tray bar area not hoovered sadly thus property is not keeping up previous excellent standards

Since I had to leave before breakfast, the F&B manager made my friend who came to collect me, made coffee for both of us and she also served us some pastries, which I thought was very kind of her. thank you

only stayed one night so I really cannot say much

Went for wedding reception and stopped overnight. The organisation was superb by fantastic staff, the food was great, the accomodation was excellent and the full English next morning rounded off the stay wonderfully. Would definitely recommend for just a meal, a stay or an event.

The location and venue for the family wedding weekend stay for family and friends was wonderful. The function rooms were decorated beautifully and made the occasion even more special.

Beautiful hotel in beautiful setting. Room had all we needed and bed was very comfy. Had meal in restaurant which was outstanding. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Can't fault anything. Outstanding. Staff were lovely and friendly.

On the food front food, it's self great but we found all the sauces that were served with the food bland

The property is very nice to look at. Set back from the road up a drive way. Looks a great location for wedding and parties as they have a separate function room. Has a nice bar and restaurant area. Wrea Green is a lovely area. The staff was lovely and friendly. The dog loved them too :)

I did not get the room I reserved. I had booked a suite, and then after booking sent a message that I would be bringing our dog (they are a dog friendly place :)). They replied saying it would be £10 per night for the dog and that the dog wasn't allowed in the public bar/restaurant area. When I arrived and checked in, i went to the room, opened the door and noted it was very small for a suite. We went back out to reception to enquire about it, and was told I was downgraded to a double room because I had an animal (hotel policy). We were very displeased, not because of the policy we're fine with that, but because we had not been notified prior to arrival. Had they hotel reached out ahead of time I could have made other arrangements for my dog. We had had a long day traveling over from Ireland to were looking forward to relaxing in a large comfy room. I should also note, even thought the room was downgraded, until we enquired that room charge had not been. About the room itself, it could have done with a little dusting. The coffee station had dust on it and cup-rings. Also behind the bathroom door was a largish cobweb. There looked to be a mold build up starting in the bathtub area. And the iron had been left upside in the closet, which dripped water out everywhere. To close, these are just minor points and would not stop me from staying there again should I be in the area.

Did not take breakfast, but did have other meals that were enjoyable. All the staff were friendly and courteous. Would certainly stay there again.

Breakfast was good, however limited choice. Only an ‘English breakfast’ was available each day. Along with your standard continental.

Asked for a cot to be ready in the room when we arrived as arriving late with a baby and wanted to get her straight down. This is charged at an extra £7.50 per night, steep but I agreed. This wasn’t ready or even in the room. Had to go and ask at reception. Staff member brought it to our room and I had to assemble it myself!! Food in restaurant one evening quite poor. Loud corridors. Can hear bass from wedding party’s both nights as this is a wedding venue. Would not return I’m afraid

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very easy to check in and no complaints about the room. The hotel is dog friendly with grounds to walk them.
